Why PlayStation 4 is better than Xbox One
Both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are now available, and while they are without a doubt the most modern and high-end gaming consoles available, they are both out of stock or difficult to find in most parts of the world.
The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are not cheap right now because they are the most recent, but you can get older versions of the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One at very reasonable prices both online and offline, and both PS4 and Xbox One are decently good consoles even in 2021, so whether you should buy the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One is up to you for now.

Although the design is subjective, the PS4 Slim is undoubtedly the best-looking gaming console, even in 2021. All PlayStation 4 models are better-looking than Xbox One versions, thus you may prefer to select PS4 if you want a decor-friendly machine.
Better Visuals
When the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were first released in 2013, 4K gaming was a new concept, and the standard versions of both consoles did not support it. However, by 2021, 4K televisions and 4K gaming will be commonplace, so if you need to buy a console in 2021, go with the PS4 Pro, which supports 4K video playback as well as 4K games. For the Xbox One, the Xbox One X is good for 4K gaming, but support for 4K games run better on PlayStations thanks to Sony and its 4K gaming TVs.
Better games
PS4 and Xbox One both have excellent game libraries; however, PlayStation's library is slightly larger than Xbox's, and PlayStation's biggest feature is its exclusive games; while Xbox has exclusive games as well, there is no doubt that PlayStation is far ahead of Xbox when it comes to exclusive games.
Customer support
Customer service varies depending on where you live; both Sony and Microsoft provide good customer service for their consoles, however, Xbox service support in India is adequate but not as good as Sony's PlayStation.
Xbox service centers are not available in small cities in India, however, PlayStation service centers are readily available, as are many third-party stores that assist to fix the problems of consoles.
So, these are some of the major reasons why the PlayStation 4 is better than the Xbox One. Both consoles are still good to buy in 2021, and the Xbox One has numerous advantages over the PS4. You can buy either of them depending on your preferences.
